The first subject I'm going to talk about is make-up and I'll start with lots of tips that I have picked up from along the way;

1. For a fun smoky eye, dip your finger in a shimmery shadow and sweep over lid. It'll look effortless, sultry and bedazzling.
2. After applying powders to a make-up brush tap off to prevent from brush clogging up.
3. If you line underneath the eyes, begin at the outer corners. too much dark colour underneath the eyes can make your eyes appear closer together and if you're tired, make people notice it under your eyes more.
4. Always curl lashes before mascara for a big boost to your lash look.
5. If you don't have time for doing all your make-up choose mascara. Apply one coat to make eyes look bigger, better and brighter.
6. Use short, feathery strokes when applying eye pencil. This way you'll get the most precise and mess-free look.
7. Don't pump your mascara or it'll dry out faster. Just insert the brush into the tube and gently swirl for the most distribution of mascara.
8. A cotton swab moistened with eye make-up remover quickly gets rid of make-up smears without ruining all your make-up.
9. Apply foundation on lids before you put on the eye-shadow. This prep step will smooth the skins surface and prolong eye-shadow performance.Just be careful not to put foundation too near the eye or it might go in your eye when you blink.
10. Choose lip liner shades that match your natural lips not your lip colour.
11. When you line your lips, contour with soft, feathery stokes. Don't draw a bold line.
12. If you have dark circles under your eyes wear light eye shadow to draw attention to them not the circles under them.
13. When applying foundation start from the middle of your face (nose) with long sweeps making sure you don't have lines across your face.
14. Apply foundation by the brow bone and in the corner of thee eye to give yourself and instant lift.
